Customer-Submitted Artwork

By uploading or submitting artwork, logos, images, text, or other designs for printing, you confirm that you own the content or have permission from the copyright, trademark, or other rights holder to reproduce it.

You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork you submit does not violate any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, privacy, or other third-party rights.

We are not responsible for determining ownership or obtaining permission to reproduce customer-submitted artwork.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order containing artwork that we believe may violate applicable laws, intellectual property rights, or our business policies.

Copyright & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website—including our business name, original graphics, photographs, product images, written content, and other materials—is owned by Prints & Pieces and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective rights holder. Submission of artwork does not transfer ownership of that artwork to Prints & Pieces.

Print Quality & Color

We make every effort to produce high-quality DTF transfers that accurately represent the artwork submitted.

Colors displayed on a phone, computer, or other screen may differ slightly from the final printed product due to differences in screens, color profiles, artwork quality, inks, and printing processes. Exact color matching cannot be guaranteed unless specifically agreed upon before production.

The quality of the final print is dependent on the quality and resolution of the artwork provided.

Application of Transfers

Customers are responsible for properly applying DTF transfers after purchase. Pressing temperatures, pressure, time, garment materials, equipment, and other factors can affect the finished result.

We are not responsible for damage to transfers, garments, or other materials caused by improper application, equipment settings, laundering, or use after the transfer has been delivered.

Customers are encouraged to follow the application instructions provided with their transfers.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Prints & Pieces will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website.

Our liability relating to an order will not exceed the amount paid for the affected product or order, except where otherwise required by law.

Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, pricing, availability, and other website information accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, change pricing, or cancel an order affected by an error. If an order must be canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.
