We know sometimes you need your transfers fast! We offer same-day printing on eligible DTF transfer orders. 

Same-Day Printing

Need your transfer fast? We offer same-day printing on eligible DTF transfer orders placed by 5:00PM Pacific Time, standard business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Same day printing applies to print-ready artwork and refers to production time only. It does not guarantee same-day shipping or delivery. Large-volume orders, files requiring artwork adjustments, or orders with artwork that is not print-ready may require additional processing time. If there is an issue that may delay your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Orders submitted within our same day printing window may be printed the same business day. Same day printing refers to production time only and does not guarantee same-day shipping or delivery. 

Large orders, orders requiring artwork adjustments, or orders with files that are not print-ready may require additional processing time. If there is an issue with your artwork that could delay your order, we will contact you. 

Shipping & Carrier Delays

Shipping and delivery estimates begin once your package has been accepted by the carrier. Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or other circumstances are outside of our control. 

Lost or damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the packaging and damaged items so we can help determine the best next step.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We are happy to assist where we can, but we cannot guarantee replacement of packages marked as delivered by carrier.
